Your purchase comes with a risk-free 45-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the Herbal Body Wraps, you may return them within 45 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling), even if your free trial period has ended. Simply contact our customer service department at 1-866-671-8986 and a Customer Service representative will provide you with return merchandise authorization.

Here's how the free trial works:

  1. Your free trial includes 4 or 10 Herbal Body Wraps.

  2. You pay only the shipping fee (and any applicable sales tax) for the free trial, and must provide a payment method to allow us to charge your account for this amount.

  3. Try the product free for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within the 30 day free trial period and you owe nothing. However, if you decide to keep the product or do not return it within the 30 days, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the remaining balance ($78.00 for 4 body wraps one-time order or $72.00 for 4 body wraps autoship U.S. customers and $93.80 for 4 body wraps one-time order or $87.40 for 4 body wraps autoship Canadian customers; and $186.50 for 10 body wraps one-time order or $165.50 for 10 body wraps autoship U.S. customers and $210.10 for 10 body wraps one-time order or $186.50 for 10 body wraps autoship Canadian customers). For those who elect to join our autoship club, initial shipping and handling charges will be billed by The Leverage Team, LLC including the balance of the FREE Trial offer (as noted above). All subsequent orders, except where otherwise noted, will be billed to your credit card by Life Force International. For the FREE Trial customers, the initial shipping and handling charges and the subsequent balance (as noted above) will be billed by The Leverage Team, LLC.

  4. Credit card verification and declined charges. We reserve the right to authorize and void credit card charges in the amount of seventy-eight dollars and one cent before any products are sent on a free trial basis to the customer. This is only to verify that funds are available to cover the remaining balance. Please understand that you have not been charged this authorization and that the charge, if done, will disappear from your credit card account immediately or in a few days. If a customer's credit card is declined for the payments due on any free trial, we reserve the right to break down payments into multiple payments until the cost of the items billed/shipped have been paid in full.

  5. You are not obligated to purchase any additional products.

  6. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the availability of funds on the credit/debit card used for the purchase and subsequent autoship orders (if applicable). Should there be insufficient funds available on the credit/debit card at the time of processing, The Leverage Team, LLC is NOT responsible for overdraft fees or any other costs incurred by the customer.

  7. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to cancel the Free Trial, you must call our Customer Service department at 1-866-671-8986, before the end of the 30-Day Free Trial Period. You must return all of the product (including any empty bottles) to: The Leverage Team, LLC, 275 Rte 10 East, Suite 220-410, Succasunna, NJ 07876. If the bottles and unused portions are not received by us within 7 days of cancelling the free trial, you will be charged the remaining balance (as noted above) for the product, which is non-refundable.

Here are the steps you MUST take to return the product:

  1. Make sure the product is properly and professionally packaged (as it was when you received it) and, for your own protection, FULLY insured, and return it using a shipping method which provides tracking information (we suggest using FedEx or UPS). We do not recommend using the U.S. Postal System, as they have a poor reputation for package loss.

  2. Email the tracking information to customerservice@leverageteamllc.com, and include your name, address, phone number, and invoice number.

  3. You must return all of the product, including any empty bottles (returning a total of 4 or 10 bottles).

  4. You must include your ORIGINAL Invoice in the box (which lists your shipping address, customer number and product ordered). This is to ensure that the refund is issued to the correct customer.
